The apartment is located 30 m from the lake in the 200-year-old horse stable of the manor house. It was expanded in 2018 with a lot of clay and love. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a free private sauna, a large kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. From the jetty you can fish, swim or watch birds. There is a free canoe, paddle boat, SUP, adventure playground with tree swing, fireplace, table tennis, badminton, beach chair and sun loungers.

The Broockhof is quietly located in the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park region – forests, lakes, tree-lined roads and villages. Impressive starry skies instead of constant lights, birdsong instead of noise. Swimming lakes, cycling and hiking trails, as well as the old towns of Krakow am See, Güstrow, and Plau am See are nearby. The Broockhof isn’t a typical holiday spot by the lake. Our granny apartment is located on an idyllic property directly on the island lake. From the covered terrace as well as the rooms you can look into the garden and enjoy the nature and the partial view of the lake. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Within walking distance you can reach the Ernst Barlach Museum, the beach and restaurants. By arrangement, our boat can be used and you can get directly from the jetty to the lake.

Whether you want to cook, lie in the garden or relax with some sauna sessions, here you can quickly forget the city and time.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area.
