We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Charming apartment Wita Stwosza most Kłodzko

A spacious 100 sqm apartment in the center of Kłodzko with a unique view of the old town from the windows. Large living room connected to the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, toilet. Perfect for several people. It can accommodate 3 couples in large beds. There is a crib for a small child. Kitchen with all equipment, fridge, induction, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. An apartment for people who want to spend the night comfortably and have a pleasant time. No parties allowed!

Szalejówka

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience real silence, sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play board games. In summer, the greatest pleasure is sitting on the terrace and looking at the forest, meadow and passing animals, and the playground for children. You can sit by the barbecue or the fire. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlina from here. We are the ideal starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

A room in a quiet area

I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

Bukowe Zacisze

An atmospheric 1920s house exclusively with a private sauna, hot tub and private entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Artistry | Studio

The Studio Apartment is an independent, two-storey space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families. You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

Cabin on the Hill

On a hill between Bardo and Kłodzko stands a charming family-built cabin with a beautiful view, crafted by hand with passion and attention to detail. Perfect for up to 6 guests – it offers 2 boho-style bedrooms, a cozy bathroom, a living room with kitchen, and a spacious terrace. Surrounded by meadows and forests, with only a few houses in the distance, close to the Nysa River and the village of Morzyszów. An ideal place to relax, enjoy sunsets, and recharge.

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.

Beautiful, new wooden building is located in the village of Olešnice in the Orlické horách, which lies on the East Bohemian border. This location allows all sports enthusiasts to spend an active holiday, both in the summer and winter season. Nearby are ski areas, natural swimming pools, spas, popular destinations (castle Náchod, Kudowa Zdroj ), Masarykova Chata, Šerlich, Protected Landscape Area Broumovsko, ...)

Chalet Tré

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in the private outdoor panoramic wood-burning sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.
