Waking up with a view of the hills of Vizovické vrchy in the middle of a blackthorn orchard while birds are singing is the perfect therapy to clear your head from city life. You can use the sofa located by a huge window facing east overlooking the Vizovické vrchy and a large window facing north overlooking the blackthorn orchard for quiet moments and tasting something good. During the barbecue in the evening, the western sun will illuminate the terrace in front of our cottage, where many gourmets will apply their gastronomic skills.

Everyone who longs for peace and a harmonious space will enjoy their stay here. It includes a courtyard with a swimming pool, which is a shared space for both apartments. We believe that it is the intimate environment with two apartments that creates a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, but at the same time we recommend the accommodation to guests who don't mind sharing the outdoor areas with other guests.

A traditional cottage with beautiful blue shutters, a cosy seating area and a barbecue offers peace and quiet in the middle of nature. In the bedrooms, you'll be enchanted by the antique painted beds, reminiscent of the magic of Wallachian cottages. The quiet village nearby, the cycle path around the corner and the nearby forest are ideal for relaxation, excursions and time spent with family or friends.

We have created an amazing, stylish and spacious place for our guests to stay in Olomouc. A place where we would stay ourselves on our travels. You can relax in a modern bathtub right in your bedroom. In the living room, we have an electric fireplace for a 'cosy' atmosphere. Nearby, there is the 'Hodolanská' tram stop, as well as the train and bus stations. A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

The surroundings of the cottage have been arranged for your comfort: a terrace with sun loungers and bathtubs for swimming in the summer, a tub with heated water for spring and autumn days, outdoor seating on a partially covered terrace next to a small pond, space for grilling or roasting. And greenery planted all around. I wanted guests to experience quality and comfort both at first sight and firsthand.
