There is an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a balcony, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, storage space and free parking in front of the house. There is a family ski resort in Nýrsko. Špičák approx. 25 km, Černé and Čertovo jezera 27 km, Klatovy 17 km.

In the area, it is also possible to go hiking and cycling, or cross-country skiing. The apartment is ideal for couples or families with children. Sleeping is provided on a 160cm folding bed, an 80cm upper bunk, and possibly a folding extra bed for a fourth person. Nearby are grocery stores, or several restaurants and cafes. Free parking in front of the house.
