Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom is located in a historic East Frisian workers' house from 1928. It is located on the outskirts of Aurich and is therefore both close to the city and nature. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday near the North Sea coast and Wadden Sea. Make yourselves at home!

Whether Südstrand, Nordseepassage and train station, restaurants, cinema and the Pumpwerk cultural center, everything is within a few minutes' walk. The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
