Outside, there is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and sink, perfect for cozy summer evenings. The villa has three bathrooms, each with a shower, and five toilets, one of which is by the pool. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box spring beds from Revor. Bedroom one has a double bed (1.80m wide), bedroom two has a double bed (1.60m wide), and bedroom three is split into two sections: the first section contains a double bed (1.80m wide), and the second section has a bunk bed (90 cm and 140 cm wide), suitable for 2+1 guests. These sections are separated by a wall. A baby cot is also available. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a vacuum cleaner. In the living room, an electric fireplace adds extra coziness. The landscaped garden is irrigated during the high season. Enjoy panoramic views of the sea and, on clear days, even the Alps.
