There is free parking space, cafes, swimming spots, an open-air stage, basketball, football and volleyball courts, a children’s playground, a viewing tower and walking trails around the Alūksne Castle Park.

This type of boat shed has been used (and still used) by Alūksne anglers, storing their boats used when fishing.
