Cozy wooden cottage by the lake with a sauna

A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

The apartment is suitable for 2 people maximum. The apartment within its area up to 32 m2 has a kitchenette, double bed, living area with couch and TV. The studio also includes a comfortable bathroom with a toilet and shower. There are no cooking basics in the kitchen.
