The accommodation is suitable as a starting point for trips to the surrounding area or as a place for a relaxing holiday. The house is situated on the border of the Beskydy Mountains on the edge of the village. It offers a place to park your own car, but it is also easily accessible by public transport. The surroundings of the cottage directly encourage hiking or the use of cycling routes, which are literally interwoven with this location. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 7 people in 2 bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Drinking water, electricity and WiFi connection are brought to the cottage.

A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.
