Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Zocca

We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to the smallest details. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace perfectly functional, with wood provided free of charge by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

Tereglio is a wonderful and quiet mountain village. The scenery is unique and the atmosphere in the village offers great relaxation and warmth. The place was also extremely nice and cozy. We'll be back for sure and hopefully stay longer than just one night. Thank you for the hospitality.

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the view is a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful in all matters. Glad to come back!

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step. Even though we only had rainy and cold weather, we loved our second stay in this beautiful house!

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It was very clean and it is located in a small and quiet village. It could have a few pots to make cooking easier but the rest was great. The owners were very kind and responsive.

The house is very, very lovely – it feels like you're practically in a museum in the middle of nature, or as if you've stepped into a movie. Even though we didn’t stay for long, we absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this property.

Augusta and her son helped us a lot in a difficult situation. The fact is that we left early in the morning on the holiday and could not order a taxi , since the order required an Italian phone number, and, in addition, not everyone in Italy works at night, and even on a holiday. Augusta not only found us a firm, but also contacted her more than once and controlled so that nothing would break. If it wasn't for her, we could have had a big problem. As for the property itself, everything is as described. Clean and quiet. Lots of space, nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms. We were without a car and used exclusively the train and bus. 5-10 minutes from the house. We visited Florence, Milan, Venice, Riminni and, of course, often walked around the magnificent Bologna. We practically did not use the kitchen, as we had breakfast in front of the house in a cute coffee shop for locals, and had dinner, also opposite the house, in the pizzeria. Everything is very tasty and affordable. Highly recommend this place to stay during your trip. Thank you Augusta!

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. It was a lovely villa tucked away in the hills. Each night we were so happy to return back to it after a day of site-seeing. Emanuela is one of the loveliest people we met while visiting Italy. So incredibly gracious and welcoming to us. She truly takes pride in making her guests feel at home in her amazing estate. We all felt right at home there and we would highly recommend it to others traveling to that area. We hope to one day return and stay with her again.

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

We spent a week in this little house in the woods but also close to other homes. It's really a gem surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful garden where you can eat and relax. The location is great, very close to every useful service. Benedetta was always helpful and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in Rosa Bianca’s apartment for one month and found it to be very clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped for a long stay. It is in an excellent neighborhood convenient to grocery stores, a good bakery, and a lovely park. Rosa Bianca communicated very well and responded quickly to our messages. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much and hope to stay again when we return to Bologna.

We had a great week at Gianna's place. Her family and the animals were a delight. The Pistoia Mountains are severely underrated asa a destination and have a lot to offer. San Marcello with it's variety of little shops and cafés is just a short walk away. Thank you and see you soon!

Insanely great place! Our expectations were exceeded. Great service and very friendly hosts, the week in Chiozza was perfect! Everything necessary was available in the accommodation. The surroundings are very quiet and perfect for switching off. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely time at Giorgia place! The views were stunning and tranquil just what we all needed! The terraces were sunny at different times of the day . We had great fun using the Pizza Oven. Also the table tennis table was used a lot. We definitely needed a car and going some lovely Villages about 30 mins away Barga and on the back to Pisa Airport stopped off at Pietrasanta celebrating Art lovely shops and quirky shops etc . The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and loved the Lavattza coffee machine ! Would definitely recommend !

Roberto was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating for our very specific needs. The location and property are unique and absolutely beautiful. It provided a wonderful escape and peaceful break, while being well connected to nearby Florence and Lucca.

Biggest recommendations. The location is amazing, very private, peaceful, and the views from the windows are just amazing. Andrea's wonderful person, fixed it within a couple of hours when there was an issue, even though he had really bigger errands on that day. Biggest Thank you and we definitely hope to come back as we have unfinished business yet. ☺️🏀

We felt very comfortable as a group of 7 people. The great and very complete equipment of the kitchen has allowed us to cook for ourselves every day. Unfortunately, we were able to make little use of the beautiful garden, which is very functional and aesthetically designed, because of the mixed weather. But the spacious and very spacious house inside offers plenty of opportunity to make yourself comfortable. The bedrooms are also very tastefully decorated. Our initial fears that we would sleep poorly on the side of the villa because of the two streets on the side of the villa have not been confirmed. It's really quiet at night. We highly recommend the place.

A very nice house in quiet Tuscany. We felt very comfortable there and they took care of all our concerns. The view on the terrace is amazing. The driveway is exciting with a large vehicle, but also no problem. The location is really very quiet and beautiful and you are quickly in Lucca. In terms of equipment, we lacked nothing, we had everything we needed. If you travel with 8 people who are not necessarily a couple, two of the beds may be a little tight, we were 7th and made a single room out of a room, so it was a perfect fit. Overall we would love to come back!

Can’t express what a beautiful stay Villa Rafaelli was for my family of 9 adults. It was truly staying inside a piece of history!!! The rooms, the decor, the paintings, the antique pieces—it was just so special! And the outdoor spaces were so incredible and had everything we needed to enjoy! We didn’t leave the Villa during our stay, just enjoying the hot tub and pool and ping pong and views. Leonardo was such a kind and helpful host. He helped us set up amazing Tuscan breakfast and dinner and had a beautiful welcome basket waiting for us. This place was so special. The drive is windy to get there, but 100% worth it. The experience of a life time!
