Holiday rentals with a patio in Zocca

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

We chose Dino's place for its proximity to the Imola Autodromo, in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, with private parking included. Dino was immediately very clear and available for anything, the house is new, modern and stocked with everything and its little garden is really nice. If we go back to Imola, we will definitely come back here, highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Carlotta’s home! From her sweet welcome and surprise play area set up for our kiddos to her local recommendations sent weeks in advance and help with making our dinner reservation for our first night, she made our whole experience even more special! The space is very homey and the bed is so comfortable! Everything you need is readily available! The location is great! Very walkable to many amazing restaurants and areas! Would definitely recommend!!! And would love to come back!

We just returned home from our wonderful stay at Il Giardino. We were greeted by Donatella who welcomed us en route to the location as it may have been tricky to pin point due to it's remote location and winding access road. Donatella was our point of contact throughout our stay she was welcoming, knowledgeable & answered any questions promptly. The house is a short drive away from a supermarket & a bakery. In a great position to visit Lucca, Florence, Cinque Terre etc. We loved the house & it's rustic charm. The garden is very well maintained & a place of utter relaxation. It is well planned with lots of places to sit, admire the hills and mountains and listen tobthe birds. Including a terrace with it's table & parasol, sun loungers, bbq area, seats by the Ping Pong table. Our teenagers were especially delighted when the pool was opened unexpectedly as it as we were slightly out of season. Such a lovely holiday with thanks to our most tranquil and welcoming Airbnb.

Beautiful quality and impeccable apartment. Very well arranged and comfortable. Very welcoming and voluntary family, always available and eager for the stay to go smoothly. Despite the good weather in April, the host left us the heating for the cooler nights, the attention was much appreciated. Really delighted with our stay and thank you to Simone and her kind family.

The place is very quiet, the terrace is beautiful, which offers a relaxing view of the hilly surroundings. Well-stocked kitchen. Spacious bathroom. Overall the apartment is very comfortable. However, you have to have a car as it is in a very small fraction.

Great place for a peaceful stay 20mins walk away from Bologna centre. It was easy to find parking nearby and place was great for a group of four, with everything we needed plus a beautiful patio where to enjoy morning coffee. Would definitely recommend Paola’s place

Monica’s home is amazing. Tucked away in a very small village, I felt transported to another, simpler era. Yet, the accommodation included all the modern “necessities”. I loved cooking there, and the morning views post-rainfall were something else. Rent a small car for the journey up the mountain and if you’re not used to those types of roads definitely arrive during the day. Those who’re used to back roads should have no issue. Next time I will return with friends to fill the space and share the meals with.

We rented both houses. There was a pool with a garden for our own use. Mountain view, quiet, wonderful. 550 meters to a shop and a small diner with local food. It's really a lovely little country. Clean, updated homes. You can see the owner takes care of guests. We had nice refreshments waiting for us. If someone is looking for entertainment, unfortunately not in this town. The only downside of the house is the temperature, despite the open shutters, we woke up at night Layout of houses: In one house (the one with a balcony), there is a living room with a bathroom on the ground floor, then there is a kitchen and a room with a bunk bed and a double bed on the next floor: the third ( unfortunately there is no door and wall, open space) and the double bed in this bedroom was the warmest. The second house has two floors ( this house with access to the garden and pool): on the ground floor, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs. These bedrooms were warm too. It was manageable (the temperatures were outside at about 34/36 degrees).

This is a beautiful place in the center of Bologna. You are close to restaurants, shopping, the piazza and train station. If I go to Bologna again, I will stay here. Highly recommend.

a wonderful place to stay, where you can find everything you need, the food at the bar in the village of Marina was very tasty and the atmosphere takes you to the story of Italy from decades ago. Will definitely recommend to friends

The property is in the perfect location for accessing all that Barga has to offer, and having this alongside a large garden is far more than you could hope for being in the old town! It’s spacious, bright and beautifully decorated, with everything you would need for your stay. Margot is a fantastic host, she was always quick to respond to any query and keen to make us feel at home. Would definitely like to stay again next time we are in Barga!

excellent accommodation to say the least: apartment as elegant as it is comfortable, equipped with everything you need, even more (the entire breakfast kit is very appreciated), very convenient parking a few meters from the entrance. Very quiet, safe area and a few kilometers from the city of Modena and the highway. Very helpful and courteous hosts and cohosts for every need. Excellent value for money. Accommodation, therefore definitely to be recommended.

The location was magnificent, very close to the central square, and very cozy. The friendly owners are always full of good advice on how to navigate the area, which for us who stayed there during Lucca Comics was vital. They also allowed us to add an extra person at the last minute, demonstrating their absolute availability. Regarding the spaces in the house, we did not have the slightest problem, also having a very spacious closet and closet for all our needs in the 4 days we stayed there. All in all, therefore, a great experience for both me and the guys who were with me.

A delightful place in which to spend a few days. Elevated, the views of surrounding rooftops and nearby churches from the windows and the balcony made for relaxing and wonderful evenings watching distant lightening storms and nearby swallows careening around. Fifth floor has its benefits. The apartment was simply furnished but had essentials for the traveller.
