El alojamiento es hermoso, en una zona muy bonita y con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos, muy cerca de Cayalá, incluso fuimos a pie. El anfitrión responde muy rápido y es de gran ayuda

Beautiful place

Hola. Fue un gusto pasar estos días en Guatemala, específicamente una noche en este alojamiento. Está súper bien ubicado y es muy bonito en todos sus espacios. Si debo decir que ingresa un poco de ruido de la calle, pero solo por breve tiempo durante la noche, al dormir. Pero todo lo demás lo compensa. Muy recomendado.

Todo ordenado y bien organizado. La atención de Juan fue excelente.

Perfect place to stay near everything

Fue exactamente lo que necesitamos. Reservé algo tarde y como anfitrión Benjamin estuvo perfecto, muy rápido y super atento. El condominio es muy seguro y el Airbnb tenía todo lo que necesitamos. Me quedaría con Benjamin de nuevo en cualquier momento sabiendo que estamos con uno de los mejores anfitriones que hay.

El lugar tiene una excelente ubicación y el apartamento coincide con la descripción, como también la limpieza esta buena.

muy lindo lugar. el jacuzzi funcionó perfecto. pero había una construcción justo frente al área del balcón donde está el jacuzzi .No pudimos usar el jacuzzi hasta después de las 6pm que los trabajadores de la construcción se fueron ya que los obreros podían ver todo desde arriba y al día siguiente en la mañana el ruido empezó a las 7am. todo lo demás muy bonito. La cama super cómoda, lugar limpio y WiFi funcionando bien. El área en general cerca de centros comerciales y restaurantes en zona 4.

We had a great stay at this very cute condo! It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for accommodating my family. The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow, and the host was very accommodating — they were even able to arrange an early check-in for us, which we really appreciated. The condo was clean (I would rate it 3/5 for cleanliness), and while it didn’t have a dishwasher or an oven, it had everything else we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the condo was amazing, and the location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, my family truly enjoyed and loved our time here. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a great stay!

Great spot to stay in the Capital. Me and my wife were able to locate the unit with no issues. Location is great since it was walkable to all the nice malls and restaurants in zone 10. The building is connected to the clarion hotel and to about 5 restaurants on the first floor. We walked to the Oakland mall and other nice shopping plazas with no issue. I would recommend this condo for anyone who is spending a couple of days in the capital or for a night before their flight.

My first time in Guatemala! Very quiet place and felt safe and at home. Oscar was responsive and his home is lovely with that view!
