სახლი გამორჩეულია მდებარეობით, უნიკალური ხედით, სადაც იშლება მთელი ქალაქისა და ზღვის ხედი, გეოგრაფიული მდებარეობა ისტორიულია, ძვ.წ I ათასწლეულში აქ ცხოვრობდნენ ლაზები. მშვიდი, მყუდრო და რაც მთავარია ყველაფერი ერთ სივრცეში, ქალაქის ხმაურისგან მოშორებით , ქალაქიდან 7 წუთის სავალ გზაზე. თუ გსურს დასვენება და გართობა შეუთავსო ერთმანეთს, ასევე ჩაიძირო მრავალფეროვანი ყვავილების სურნელში, საუკეთესო ადგილია ესტუმრო ეთნო სახლს ,,ლაზი". ჩვენთან შეგიძლიათ დაგემოვნოტ ნატურალური პროდუქტები.

The air is clean and healthy. arund is a lot of georgian food shop, MC'Donalds, markets and Georgian restorants. The host is really helpful and fluent in english. The apartment is big and cozy. Everything’s new and clean. 5 minutes walk from the center.
