Het is een gezinswoning met veel ruimte en 4 slaapkamers (in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen plus eventueel 2 losse matrassen op de grond) Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam zit. Rondom de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Just take a break in this soothing, centrally located accommodation. Our lovely Cottage is in the middle of the polder in a quiet park. The thatched Cottage is almost at the end of 1 of the access paths and is therefore really wonderfully quiet! The spacious garden offers a lot of privacy, but due to the open character, you do not feel locked up. Go out during the day, hiking, biking, visiting Gouda and at the end of the day a drink on your own terrace by the water.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
