De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam bent. Rond de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.
