Guests will find the apartment right in the city center. It has its own covered parking space and offers peace, a themed interior and maximum comfort. It is 50m2 large including a loggia and a parking space in the building. It is located in a safe and quiet location, but at the same time only 5 minutes' walk from the city center. You will have at your fingertips everything the city has to offer: theaters, cinemas, bars, restaurants, cafes, swimming pool, shopping centers, bike path along the river, city landmarks such as the Black Tower, Přemysl Otakar II Square, town hall and much more.

Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

A small house in a beautiful garden, located just 5 km from České Budějovice. Ideal for couples and travellers who are looking to discover the beauty of South Bohemia. The area is literally surrounded by greenery, so you can enjoy your stay in privacy and peace without any disturbance. This place is perfect for those travelling with their four-legged friends! There is also a gas barbecue and a portable fireplace. Inside the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace stove, a bathroom, a shower, a toilet and, of course, a bedroom. A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a picnic blanket and a boat trip, and during the day, you can freshen up under the solar shower or relax in a hammock with a view of the sunset. New to our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up after a long day. In the evening, you can then warm up by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Samson Guesthouse

Your whole family will relax in this quiet place to stay. Our Samson Guesthouse is not only a perfect relaxing location, you will also be pleased with its proximity to South Bohemian monuments, such as Hluboká nad Vltavou, České Budějovice, or Třeboň. Lovers of walks will also find their own, thanks to the large forest, literally "a stone's throw" from the guest house. If you are a bit more active, we have a lot of kilometers on the straight for cyclists, so that you can not only do sports, but also relax.

This one bedroom flat is situated in a quiet residential area of Ceske Budejovice (150 km from Prague) and has the benefit of fantastic and spacious internal facing terrace. The flat compromises airy open plan kitchen/living room and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge). The lounge has a LED TV. Wifi available. Bedroom is air conditioned. The velux windows in the bedroom is facing a clean park, approx. 50 metres from a railway. Parking is available in the street.

Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

The entire cottage is at your disposal, two and a half rooms, a beautiful tiled stove, for which we will be happy to provide you with more detailed information. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, strong wifi. Small garden with terrace, Weber grill is also available
