The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

Sauna in the woods 'Metsä'

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Historic farmhouse from 1864, centrally located between the Veluwe forests, heaths and sand drifts and the Veluwemeer the lake surrounding the new land of the polders. Enjoy the space, nature, tranquility and old fishing villages, while cities such as Zwolle, Amersfoort and Amsterdam are easily accessible. The house is equipped with every comfort and a large garden is available for the guests. We have room for 1-6 guests. We do serve an extensive and as much as possible organic breakfast.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

The houseboat can be rented for people who want to go on holiday to Giethoorn, discover the Weerribben-Wieden National Park or just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. A unique location on the water with an unobstructed view of the reed beds. From the modern interior, high glass walls offer a view of the surrounding nature and you can spot many holiday boats in summer, in addition to various birds. An adjacent sloop can be rented.

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Within cycling distance of the Hoge Veluwe, Apeldoorn station and Paleis het Loo. Ideal location for mountain biking, running and cycling.

Plezier met het hele gezin in deze stijlvolle vakantiewoning. Midden in het bos staat ons heerlijke, gezellige familiehuis. Van alle gemakken voorzien, met 3 ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden, keuken met kookeiland, sfeervolle woonkamer met TV / Wii, houtkachel en hele ruime tuin. Met bbq, vuurkorf en gezellige vuurplaats om fikkie te steken. Op het park zelf is een zwembad, speeltuin en een tennisbaan. Let op dit park is een stilte park. Na 22:00 geen geluid meer!

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. It has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You like a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easy to reach. You can park the car at the house, and on request, and we will provide a delicious breakfast for you. Come and stay!

Welcome to our unique tiny house, hidden in a private forest on the outskirts of the charming Frisian village of Noordwolde. This modern accommodation is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. In the summer, enjoy your spacious private garden with seating area, a veranda and a hammock among the trees. In winter, you can sit comfortably inside by the wood-burning stove, which heats the room in no time. The tiny house is compact but equipped with every comfort!

Rural accommodation on the Frisian Elfstedenroute

Within walking distance of the center of Bolsward, on the Workumertrekvaart, the original Frisian Eleven Cities Route, is our rural farm. In this rural and water-rich environment, we offer you a spacious room, which is equipped with a large double bed, (2x0.90), TV/seating area and a completely new bathroom with Jacuzzi. Extra sleeping accommodation is possible. We have recently created this new space in our former cowshed, which is adjacent to our private home.
