RARE: Duplex by the sea, Prophète beach, outdoor kitchen

Bright duplex with a breathtaking sea view. We lived in Marseille as if on a boat, between swimming at Plage du Prophète, aperitifs and dinner watching the sunset. A unique place to fully enjoy the Corniche Kennedy. You can have lunch or dinner with a cold meal or one cooked on the plancha/BBQ, or heat up a delivered meal in the microwave, but you can't cook: there's no real kitchen, just an outdoor kitchen and a breakfast area like in a hotel. Access by stairs (# 40 steps). Central bike hub

A refreshing pool is surrounded by a spacious patio, featuring comfortable lounge chairs and vibrant greenery. A playful inflatable donut float rests in the clear blue water, adding a fun element to the tranquil outdoor setting.

In SAINTE ANNE very nice and cosy area of Marseille, superb villa on a plot of 280 m2, with swimming pool and parking for one vehicle. Quiet and in perfect condition, bright and NOT OVERLOOKED, spacious living room with open fitted kitchen of 55 m2, a wood stove adds a comfortable touch to this beautiful living space.
