Ground floor: fitted kitchen + table + toilet and upstairs: bed + shower + sink It is located outside the city center of Marseille (4.5 km from the port of Pointe Rouge and 15 km from the old port); Walks, climbing and swimming on foot, several restaurants or brasseries but only one grocery store for your shopping

House with garden near VIeux Port and seaside

Located in a very typical and charming valley overlooked by Notre Dame de la Garde at 15 minutes walk from the Vieux Port and the beach. We enjoyed renovating the house and gardening to make it a cosy place both indoors and outdoors. Shops and public transportation around the corner, Saint Victor restaurants and bars very closeby, you will enjoy visiting the town walking and living outdoors in a very quiet sunny place. Typical of the old Marseille hilly area, access to the house by stairs.

Enjoy with your family at this place that offers good times in perspective. Very well located, you will find yourself not far from the city center, 2 min walk from the metro and buses , and very close to the L2 highway. You can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden with barbecue area. The garden will be shared with your hosts who will of course remain more than discreet during your stay.
