Armchair convertible into a single bed in the living room (unfolded, the bed is 80 cm x 190 cm). Please note: there is no elevator.

This early 1900s accommodation is very bright with bay windows overlooking MONTSOURIS Park. The large bedroom is very quiet as it overlooks the back of an inner courtyard. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. The practical kitchen overlooks the living and dining room. It has all the modern equipment of contemporary kitchens: dishwasher, microwave, oven... On the bar you will find kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee machine...

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building on a very quiet street. It was refurbished in 2023 by a famous architect and therefore very well arranged with very high-end amenities. You will be like in a hotel suite with the charm of a real Parisian home.

A beautiful apartment located in a quiet semi pedestrian street with many typical Parisian French coffees and restaurants. Enjoy the calm, the comfort and the light (windows on both sides) of my newly renovated apartment during the day and easy access all arrondissement from Paris in less than 30 minutes with multiple close metro lines.
