My stay was wonderful. The apartment was clean and matched the description. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Chanjuan was available at all times for any questions I had. She also included tips for reataraunts and markets nearby. When booking I saw a review about loud neighbors. You can hear them pretty well because it is an old Parisian apartment building with all of the beauty, charm and historic architecture. But the neighbors were usually quiet and if they were a little loud they would quiet down for bed time. It's just part of Parisian living.

I’ve just arrived home after my third stay in Patrick’s apartment. The fact that I keep returning says it all. Patrick’s place is a perfect base for me to live in Paris for a month where I can be a true Parisienne and enjoy meeting my friends there. All the great things you read in the reviews about Patrick himself are spot on. He is very welcoming and makes it so easy to enjoy your stay. The location in the rue Daguerre/ Montparnasse is vibrant, but very safe. I know I’ll return at some point. I must mention the lady who services the apartment. She called in with some extra bedding for me. She was friendly and very customer focused. So, if you want to live life as the Parisians do, don’t hesitate to book Patrick’s place. You’ll have a wonderful time.

I stayed in this apartment for six months and can fully confirm everything mentioned in the other reviews. The studio is located in an excellent and well-connected area of Paris, with multiple metro and bus lines nearby, and all the shops you might need, including a small supermarket located right next to the building. The apartment matches the photos and description perfectly. It’s compact but very well organized and well equipped: I found everything I needed for a long-term stay, so I didn’t have to buy anything when I arrived. The building and neighbors are quiet and respectful, and the view over Place de Catalogne is really lovely. Agnes was always kind, responsive, and helpful from the very beginning. She welcomed me in person, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was always available throughout my stay. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience here, and I absolutely recommend this apartment, whether you're staying for a short visit or a longer period.
