The area is nice and the position is outstanding if you need to get to midtown. The apartment could have been cleaner, but that's on the flatmates rather than on the management. The room is window-less (as it says in the description) and opens on the kitchen, which let's the sounds and smells of people cooking in - so be aware of that. Overall though, not bad for the money it costs.
