Monthly Rentals in Miami

This was the perfect place for us. Two blocks from the beach, near a lot of great restaurants, and a quick walk to our event center for the weekend. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The mini fridge saved our lives more than once. We are very grateful to have found such a perfect place to stay.

Had a pleasant stay! This Airbnb is located in a beautiful, large luxury building in a perfect area of south beach! Building has many upscale amenities like fitness center, pool etc. The host was very responsive and if there was an issue it was handled swiftly. Would recommend!

Federico was so sweet and professional. I had some trouble finding the parking garage due to the construction around the area… he literally walked and met me and showed where the parking was. He also recommended things for my husband and I to do while visiting. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again. Also please keep in mind that this is in the city so expect lots of traffic/ and noise from the vehicles like horns and sirens. Great location and directly across from Bayside. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

David is deservingly a super host! We had changes to the beginning of our stay which required a lot of communication and coordination, to which, David met all of our needs. Definitely 5 🌟 for communication and working with us and the changes of our stay. But, it did not stop there. David was with us every steps of the way ensured that we had everything that we needed. The unit is an open space, with so much natural light. No clutter and not over decorated. It feels like home. All the amenities of home are there and so convenient for long stays. So very comfortable and well taken care of. We will definitely be back. As for the location, you can park your car and walk everywhere, or a Lyft/Uber are literally minutes away. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment are all steps or minutes away. The sun rises are beautiful, along with the sun sets, from the balcony. We cannot think of anywhere we would rather be, than in this beautiful place and conveniently located building. Five stars ✨
