Just a few steps away you will find iconic addresses such as 'Le Café de Flore', 'Les Trois Magots', 'La Durée', as well as famous tourist attractions like the Abbey of St Germain des Près, the Luxembourg Gardens, l’ile de la cite (Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral), the Louvre Museum, etc. My 3rd-storey flat consists of one spacious living room with an open kitchen, a quiet bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. You are welcome to use the internet, TV, dressing room, dishwasher, and washing machine. Designed for two people. Within walking distance, Metropolitan underground line 4 and 10, and many buses. Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

Also located 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and not far from the Louvre Museum, as well as a few stations from Place Concorde. Close to transport (tram, bus, metro) and all shops, restaurants, bakeries, a convenience store 10 metres away, as well as the Georges Brassens park!
