Care, cleanliness, charm, impeccable bedding and cotton gauze sheets, video projector. He even tuned the guitar just for you. In summer, the apartment stays cool thanks to its low floor, its shutters and a draft between the bedroom and living room, but it is not air-conditioned. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
