Spacious 2 bedroom apartment 70m2 with balcony running refurbished by an architect in the heart of the 17th between La Plaine Monceau and Batignolles. Comfortable, ideal for 4 people. 4th floor with elevator, very bright, large glass window with double glazing in all rooms. Air-conditioned living room, fully equipped American kitchen, coffee bean machine. TV and wifi. The 2 bedrooms and the large living room have a magnificent view of the prestigious Boulevard Pereire, very wooded and without vis-à-vis.

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas
