The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Le Royale - Beautiful apartment in the city centre

Beautiful apartment located on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a historic building, at the foot of Pentes de la Croix-Rousse, a district classified as a Unesco World Heritage Site. Very quiet, overlooking a quiet and non-busy street, Le Royale is very close to the City Hall and public transport and is ideal for a stay with family or friends to visit the city.
