The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

These apartments were in the 19th arrondissement, the den of the Canuts, the workers who lived and worked in the midst of huge silk looms. Bright and ideally located between the Terreaux and the La XRousse plateau. Close to all shops, Vival, bakery, pharmacy and the famous La XRousse market, as well as excellent bars and restaurants
