The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Charming and very typical "old Lyon" 55 square meters flat (1 bedroom ) with private patio (added 16m2 patio) in St Georges, nearby Saint jean (historical Lyon center / Unesco). Our flat is just nearby Saint Jean in St Georges : 4 mn walk to the subway station Vieux lyon and Funicular to Fourviere Cathedral. Come and visit old Lyon just walking into the "Traboule" and historical city center : We are located just into the historic district included on the list of Unesco World Heritage Site.

After walking through Rue Saint Georges, and climbing more than 150 steps, you will stay quietly, in the heart of a garden. Restaurants and shops are a 5-minute walk away. Our beautiful independent studio of 25m2, with 180° views of the city, allows you to spend a comfortable stay with its fitted kitchen and its old cast iron bathtub. ⚠️ lots of stairs and no wifi

Central apartment, ideally located 500 m from Place Bellecour, and 800 m from Vieux Lyon 3 rooms in perfect condition on the top floor of a 7-story building with elevator and a fabulous view of the Rhône, the Hôtel-Dieu and the Basilica of Fourvière. Very nice 15 m2 terrace No need for a car, all public transport is close to the accommodation, tram, metro, public bike. Shops nearby, Lyonnais bouchons, bar-barges on the quays, walks along the Rhône.

Cozy nest perched / old town / view of Lyon

The countryside in the city. Just a 10-minute walk from the Town Hall, perched on the heights of Old Lyon, our house is a green gem in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available free of charge. But be careful, the most direct access to the city is only via the stairs in St Paul (see photo).
