Monthly Rentals in Itabashi City

Our stay here was great! It was a 5-7 minute walk to the station and convenience stores close by. They have a luggage elevator and can hold your luggage before and after! I will admit the space was a bit tight for two people. You’ll have to take turns for the mirror and there’s nowhere to really sit besides the bed. However, it was super clean and for it being close to the road, it was pretty quiet. The host is great at communicating! Asked for bowls and plates, and they brought some the next morning.

It was really a nice stay! My host provided me with all necessary staff and was very responsive. Also wifi was good for working remotely. Definitely recommend for a quiet stay in Tokyo

I had a very good value stay in Itabashi! The space is simple and no-frills, but it covers all the essentials — clean shower with complete amenities, reliable AC and heater, and a great location just 8 minutes from the nearest subway station. It's also close to local shops, grocery, drug stores, and some top-rated restaurants, which made exploring the area super convenient. The host was very friendly and gave clear instructions, which made check-in and the entire stay smooth. One small note: the bed and pillow were on the firmer side. It might be part of the traditional Japanese style (and maybe even good for the back!), but just something to keep in mind for those used to softer bedding. Overall, it’s an excellent budget-friendly stay, and I’d recommend it for travelers looking for a solid, affordable base in Tokyo!

This has been one of the best places we have stayed in Tokyo! I highly recommend staying here in Itabashi, it’s quiet, friendly and this place was so cute and tucked away. We loved it!!! Great neighborhood and the place was clean and big enough for two people!
