Luxurious and intimate, this secluded urban oasis is tucked away on a residential street in bustling Bastille, one of the most authentic and hippiest areas of Paris. Surrounded by some really good restaurants, farmer markets, designer stores and art galleries, it offers all the amenities you would find in a 5-star hotel, including a secluded private outdoor patio with its lush greenery. Famous Place des Vosges and Le Marais are just a short walk away.

Belleville studio

A very cozy studio, you will have it for you, in the center of Paris, 10 minutes walk to Oberkampf (the main street of bars), 15 minutes away from Republique and Canal Saint Martin. Many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets around. Fully equipped, there is everything you need in my studio and it is very easy to reach from anywhere you like in Paris (several metro lines around). Plus, I have an amazing coffee machine so feel free to serve yourself :)

Large duplex in a private lane in Ménilmontant

The apartment is on the back of a private wooded and very quiet lane. It is under the duplex rooftops on the 3 floor, without an elevator. It had been arranged by a couple of architects to make it their home; it is both functional, warm and very bright. No TV but a piano ... and lots of scores; for piano of course but also for choir and tenor.
