Holiday rentals with breakfast in 2nd arrondissement

Perfect accommodation for visiting Lyon, about 20 minutes to access it! Very well furnished exterior (deckchairs, swing, outdoor table, parasol) Interior Functional house with basic necessities for cooking left available, it's appreciated and it's becoming rare (salt, pepper, oil... LV tablets, dishwashing liquid...) I highly recommend the accommodation.

Elisabeths house is really wonderful. Lot’s of windows, making it a very pleasant atmosphere. The view is nice and you can easily walk to the old town of Lyon. We really, really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay, spacious and quiet accommodation with possibility to park your vehicle inside. I recommend 100%. Great for work trips!

Anyone looking for pure relaxation is in good hands with Marie-France and François! Three suites without a kitchen are newly renovated and have retained the charm of the old French house. There is also an apartment with a kitchen. Breakfast is plentiful and very delicious. Since we happened to order breakfast at the same time as the other guests, we had very nice conversations. You can relax in the large saltwater pool. Everyone finds a shady spot. Marie-France and François are very accommodating and friendly hosts with whom you can communicate very well.

The apartment is located in a quiet area and enjoys a modern layout and very good taste. The balcony is undoubtedly one of the great assets of the accommodation – perfect for relaxing after a day of discovery. The location is ideal: about ten minutes walk to Parc de la Tête d 'Or, Halles Paul Bocuse, downtown or a large shopping center. A stone's throw away, there are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, wine shops and bakeries – just perfect. Check-in and check-out are made easy thanks to a very convenient Smart Lock technology. Marlene, the host, had everything very thoughtfully prepared: a selection of drinks, small sweets and coffee awaited us upon arrival. Her communication was extremely pleasant, professional and fast. This is undoubtedly one of the best places I was able to discover – I warmly recommend this apartment!

A very quaint home in a quite and safe neighborhood. Has all you need for a great stay. A little chilly but great value.

Check-in was picking up keys at a café across from the apartment- very easy! The apartment is lovely- spacious, comfortable and perfectly located on a pedestrian street with the métro station steps away and taxi pick-up and drop off also very close by at the nearest cross street. Stéphane left maps and brochures which were helpful, particularly the one related to the traboules and façades in the old part of Lyon. The kitchen cupboards are full, and available to use, which we didn't need to. Just know that the closets are full of Stephane's belongings in the bedroom, although he does supply an area in the smaller bedroom with hangers and places to hang your clothes. There are a washing machine and dryer and detergent to use, a huge help to us, having been in France for 5 days before our arrival. The large shower is fantastic with great water pressure/hot water. We walked everywhere from the apartment. Lyon has a lot to offer! Do not hesitate to stay at Stéphane's apartment.

Very good stay in an apartment well located in terms of transport (metro and buses nearby). Bakery and convenience store is a stone's throw away. Friendly and responsive host. Everything you need in the apartment. Only one downside, cleaning to review.

I had a really nice long stay in this place. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, bright and perfectly equipped✨. We immediately feel at home there. The neighborhood is quiet and well served by public transportation, making it easy to get around and access everything you need on a daily basis🚉🛍️. And above all, a huge thank you to David, an exceptional host: always available, responsive, attentive and very kind🙏🏼. He really did everything he could to make sure the stay went smoothly, and I'm very grateful for that. I would recommend this place without hesitation, both for a short stay and for a long time ⭐ Thank you again David for everything!

Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. We enjoyed the quiet and clean bedroom and en-suite bathroom. To complete this pleasant stay, a delicious breakfast with homemade products. We'll be back with pleasure in a warmer season.

Muriel and his wife are very friendly and always willing to help. Muriel volunteered to drive me and my son to the train station, help us with recommendation for all interesting locations that we visited , he also made a Map for us. I strongly recommend!!!

A nice little quite place with two amazing hosts.

A very relaxing stopover and this for the second time for us. You will feel right at home and if you are lucky with the weather, the pool (which is beautifully located) is an added value. The breakfast in the garden is enjoyable. Also got good tips about dining. If we need to be around we will definitely come back.
