L'appartement est constitué d'une grande chambre avec bureau et d'un grand salon ouvert sur la cuisine avec un canapé-lit. Il béneficie d'un emplacement idéal depuis la gare de Part-Dieu (17 min à pied) et du Tram T1 pour aller à la LDLC Arena. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une vue dégagée sur la skyline. Un bus dans l'avenue à quelques minutes à pied permet de rallier le centre de Lyon.
