Monthly Rentals in 2nd arrondissement

This is a fantastic apartment for a work stay. It's comfortable, has all the basics you need (washing machine, ironing board, a little desk, etc.), and very central. Close to several subway lines and within easy walking distance to Gare de Nord and Gare de l'Est. The location in the 10th is very busy, but the apartment itself is on a quieter side street and faces the courtyard, so is generally very quiet. Hosts responded very promptly to questions no matter how small. I really loved it, and it was just the perfect home base for a month.

Excellent spot. William was very attentive throughout the entire stay. The studio was clean and in good condition; an easy stay in a great location, with no fine print.

This place is amazing! Nice air, quiet and comfortable bed, so perfect sleeping conditions. It looks exactly like the pictures, it's very clean and got a luxurious feeling, and the bathroom and shower was really nice too! The location is perfect and very central, I could walk everywhere, but at the same time it's very private in the apartment and no one could look in through the windows etc. The host was super nice, available and made me feel welcome. I could easily relax and feel safe, and would definitely stay again :)
