We had a great time in this apartment in a great location close to all amenities (shops, transportation) The accommodation was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped to meet all our daily needs But what really made the difference were the owners: exceptional benevolence and kindness. Always available to listen and responsive, they were able to resolve each small problem immediately with great efficiency and a lot of heart A big thank you to them for their warm hospitality and professionalism. We recommend this place with your eyes closed

I stayed at the apartment for 6 weeks. The apartment has been above and beyond my expectations, which are high to begin with. I know Paris by heart with 20+ visits, and I can surely say the location is attractive as well. There are no booby traps or other bad surprises with this one. If anything the apartment is even nicer and more equipped in real life than in the pictures. Avril has been clearly doing this for a while and is a professional host. To sum it up - it’s been a very good experience all around, and if a friend ever needs a recommendation I know exactly where he’d stay.

I stayed one month in Olivier's apartment, and everything was perfect. The accommodation is extremely well located, fits the description perfectly and communication with Olivier was very easy. The quality of the materials used makes this apartment a high standard one. I highly recommend it and hope to return.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and nicely decorated. Joanna went above and beyond to make sure that we felt right at home. The apartment is located between the Marais and Place Republique, which made it accessible to multiple Metro lines, cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, galleries, and other attractions. Joanna provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. Communication with Joanna was seamless! She was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Both check in and check out procedures were easy and hassle-free. We enjoyed our month-long stay in the apartment, and we will definitely consider it for future stays in Paris. It was a great experience.
