Ideal location for exploring the city. Longchamp tram stops and five avenues are 1 min away. The metro will be within a 5-minute walk. You prefer to walk, the old port is 20 minutes away. The neighborhood is very nice with many shops, bistros and restaurants. The building is private, the studio is the only apartment.
