The apartment is 53 m2 including veranda, 2nd floor without elevator. 2 bedrooms separated from the living room by glass partitions (not visible on the picture, they were made recently) . It is suitable for 3 persons. One bed is 160cm wide, the 2nd is 120 cm wide and can possibly be suitable for 2 children or a couple. I live in this apartment, I have chosen each thing carefully, with the result that it feels really cosy.

2 steps from Montsouris Park, the apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence. The apartment is an island of calm and freshness in Paris: it overlooks a small flower garden to enjoy the freshness and have your meals outside. The beds are in two separate rooms: 1 bed in the bedroom (160 cm, 2 people) and a sofa bed (140 cm, 2 people) in the living room. All of Paris is easily accessible by metro 4, 6 or RER B.
