Welcome to our home, you're at home! Charming 67 m2 apartment, bright, on the 8th floor in an extremely quiet residence. Triple exposure, stunning views of the Basilica of Fourvière and the Monts du Lyonnais. Opposite the Gallo-Roman Theatre, 2-minute walk to the Fourvière funicular, 10-minute walk to the Saint Jean district (historic center). Very easy to park for free, max 400 m from the apartment, spaces always available. In summer the apartment is cool and airy.

The flat is 5 min walk from the Subway (Métro Saxe-Gambetta), and 10 ' walk from the Parc Blandan (garden) and also 10' walk from the riverside.

I'll leave you the keys to my Lyonnais pied-à-terre for the weekend. I favored comfort and central location to be able to enjoy the city. The equipment is reduced to the essentials, no TV, no WiFi, but my library is open to you; it's the happy sobriety. The bedroom sleeps two people in a double bed (160x200), and the living room sofa also sleeps two people (160x190). The living room table can be used as a coffee table or a high table depending on the mood.
