The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

You have a place in the SECURE PRIVATE PARKING (Cost of paid parking in the city = 35 Eur/24h) You will be a 2-minute walk from the funicular connected to the metro and which takes you in 10 minutes to the historic center of Old Lyon. The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

La Griotte - Studio Tassin - Lyon

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. A little taste of peaceful countryside 15 minutes from the heart of Lyon.

This house offers an ideal starting point to visit the city.Transport facilities(metro -funiculaire or bus) are at hand and will allow you to reach very quickly the old medieval Lyon, Bellecour, or the train station of Perrache.Even walking just in a few minutes you will be enjoying the magnificient view from the Fourvière basilica over the St Jean cathedral and the heart of the city or discover the ancient gallo-roman theater and "the Fourvière nights".
