Renovated 2-room apartment in a private and secure residence, with reserved parking space, in a very quiet and green area. 10 min by bus to Bellecour city center 15 min to Perrache train station, 20 minutes from Confluence shopping center and Part-Dieu train station, 10 min from the Basilica of Fourvière Bus stop is a 50 meter walk from the residence. Lines: C20: Bellecour 90: Gorge de Loup (metro and bus) 49: Perrache station All amenities: bakery, butcher, tobacco press, hairdresser, supermarkets, Charcot Clinic 2 min walk. The apartment has: - An open and bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed. - A fully equipped kitchen with: stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, dishes, toaster and kitchenware. - Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, sink and hair dryer. - A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed. - Separate toilets. - A 146 cm flat screen Smart TV (Netflix, Youtube...) The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Private 18m² Patio – Old Lyon St Georges

Charming and very typical "old Lyon" 55 square meters flat (1 bedroom ) with private patio (added 18m2 patio) in St Georges, nearby Saint jean (historical Lyon center / Unesco). Our flat is just nearby Saint Jean in St Georges : 4 mn walk to the subway station Vieux lyon and Funicular to Fourviere Cathedral. Come and visit old Lyon just walking into the "Traboule" and historical city center : We are located just into the historic district included on the list of Unesco World Heritage Site.

This artist's studio is located at the very top of the Pink Tower, on the 4th floor without elevator access of the most famous renaissance building in old Lyon. It consists of a small living room, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom, area 13 m2, ceiling height 3.70 m. The studio offers 360-degree views of the rooftops of old Lyon, St Jean Baptiste Cathedral and Fourvière Hill. Here a painter worked for 25 years, it is an ideal place to dream, write, isolate yourself as a couple.
