Renovated 2-room apartment in a private and secure residence, with reserved parking space, in a very quiet and green area. 10 min by bus to Bellecour city center 15 min to Perrache train station, 20 minutes from Confluence shopping center and Part-Dieu train station, 10 min from the Basilica of Fourvière Bus stop is a 50 meter walk from the residence. Lines: C20: Bellecour 90: Gorge de Loup (metro and bus) 49: Perrache station All amenities: bakery, butcher, tobacco press, hairdresser, supermarkets, Charcot Clinic 2 min walk. The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.
