The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Studio de 25 m² avec terrasse de 6 m², idéal pour un couple ou deux amis recherchant calme et confort. Le logement dispose d’une TV avec Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ et myCANAL, d’une cuisine équipée, d’une machine à laver et d’une salle de bain avec baignoire. La terrasse aménagée (table, chaises et assises détente) est parfaite pour profiter de l’extérieur. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis. Situé à 10 minutes de Lyon en transports, quartier agréable et bien desservi.

The property has secure PRIVATE PARKING at no extra cost It has been refurbished, it is very well insulated (warm in winter, cool in summer). Individual gas heating. It has a large dressing room and all the comforts. There are some stairs to reach the studio, which is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
