Décoré avec gout, l'appartement situé au 1er étage sur cour des 2 cotés offre un emplacement de choix, le 4eme arrondissement de Paris. Le coin cuisine est totalement équipé. Bien que très central, le quartier est très calme et bénéficie de tous les transports à quelques minutes à pieds. Un vrai cocon dans le coeur du coeur de Paris !

Nice condo with a small bedroom with a large bed and a nice and bright living room. Located close to the metro (less than 5 minutes walking) with every commodities around (shops, restaurants, bars etc.). I am only renting it during my vacations so most of my stuff will be there and possibly my cat ;-). Yon can use everything that's in it (except the musical instruments and clothes) as long as you are careful with it. No party's allowed and don't drink my wine ;-). Netflix account included <3.
