Refurbished 45 m2 apartment in a quiet street in the 7th arrondissement. The bedroom overlooks a leafy inner courtyard that provides a cool space, which is rare in the middle of the city. Fully equipped kitchen, large TV, queen-size bed, warm lighting – everything is designed for comfort and relaxation (I also live in the apartment when I'm not out and about). 3 minutes from the T2 tram, next to Jean Macé and 18 minutes from Part-Dieu train station. Ideal for quiet travellers or couples (no parties).

A spacious sleeping area features a wooden bed frame with a soft white duvet, complemented by warm colored throw pillows. Tall windows provide natural light, framed by long mustard yellow curtains. Artistic photographs are displayed on the wall, enhancing the room's aesthetic.

Welcome to Indusoft! This 27 m2 studio, completely renovated, is located on the 1st floor without elevator access, in the heart of Lyon Part-Dieu. Very quiet thanks to 2 double glazings. Very well equipped like a 4* hotel room: 160 x 200 cm bed, 50" Samsung "The Frame" TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, fiber wifi, reversible air conditioning, equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror! Very good stay at your place!

Tastefully decorated, quality amenities, complimentary coffee/tea, everything has been designed for a stay experience as comfortable as a 5-star hotel.
