Très calme, donne sur une grande cour intérieure. Le stationnement est assez facile au pied de l'immeuble pour décharger les bagages, mais devenu payant comme dans toutes les rues à LYON. Parking municipal à 400 m . Tram à 2mn, métro, 3 mn et à 15 mn à pied du centre ville. A 300 mètres Faculté, Université Lyon 2 et de nombreuses écoles.

The apartment is located in a modern building as you exit the metro station "Jean Jaurès". Ideal location to visit Lyon, direct access to many tourist sites, concert halls, congress or exhibition; or to get to your business or training appointments. If you come by car you will have a garage available. Restaurants, a children playground are located at the foot of the building, Bakery and supermarket on the other side of the avenue, A farmers / Fruit & vegetable market on Thursday evening.

You will find comfort and convenience in this quiet studio, located just 5 mns walk from Debourg metro, tram and bus stations. It is surrounded by different shops, restaurants and cafés. You can reach Part-Dieu and Bellecour in 15'. Confluences museum is closeby as well as the Rhone river banks. Though located in the city, the studio is still quiet at night as it is situated at the rear of the appartement block. If you are coming by car, be aware that you have to pay for parking in the area.
