It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a conservatory overlooking the river on the upper floor. A kitchen with a dining area and a WC, with access to the patio and the porch, on the ground floor. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. The first mentions of the Compostelana chapter property in the vicinity of Ribadavia date back to the end of the 12th century.
