The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals. The apartment is basic and minimalist, but it’s also very comfortable and has everything you need for a enjoyable stay. The whole apartment has views to the valley. You can also use two shared terraces with views to the valley and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. Closest services are a bar/restaurant/swimming pool 10min by car, and shops, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, etc…20min by car.

Además de los servicios básicos (calefacción, utensilios de cocina, electrodomésticos, ropa de baño y camas), cuenta con lavadora-secadora, aire acondicionado, wifi, tv en salón, cafetera de cápsulas, desayuno primer día, productos de higiene personal. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a todo el apartamento, no se comparte, se alquila todo el apartamento. Se permite fumar y aceptamos mascotas. (Para las mascotas cobramos un pequeño suplemento de 10 euros por mascota y estancia), para asi garantizar que el apartamento este impecable en cuestion de limpieza.
