The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. Bed linen, towels, etc. are not provided for the stay, but can be ordered in advance for DKK 200 per person.

In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.

The shower room, with underfloor heating and a toilet, is located in the basement and also has a large window overlooking the garden and the sea. From every part of the flat, you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the large garden. Everywhere in the garden there are beautiful places where you can linger.

Welcome to the old shop, the gamle shop We warmly welcome you to the pretty Aparthotel Bølshavn 9 and wish you a wonderful holiday on Bornholm. The gamle butik is a very comfortable house that is kept in a bright, friendly Scandinavian style. The living space is almost 120 m², the built-up area 80 m². 1997-2014 the house (built in 1904) was completely repaired. Additional costs for bed linen / electricity (see information for guests)
