The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Kitchen with everything you need. 1 large bathroom with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. Renovations are ongoing.

A crib and high chair are available for rent. There are NO bed linens/towels etc. included in the price but they can be rented. Huset er udstyret med en terrasse, hvor man kan sidde og nyde sin kaffe eller mad i solen. Der er to værelser med dobbeltsenge og et med to enkeltsenge, samt cykler til fri afbenyttelse.

Maximum 5 min. from wonderful beach, scenic coasts, local harbor and a restaurant/smokehouse. Nice peaceful and pure idyll. We have had a bed & breakfast since 2003. The home is not recommended for those with walking difficulties.
