From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10-minute walk to the city center's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and beautifully decorated with tasteful furniture and there is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen and four bedrooms, one of which has a huge sleeping loft.

Here is the opportunity to live in an entire apartment at Frederiksbjerg in Aarhus. It takes 15 minutes to walk into town. 2 minutes from the front door is the bus that runs almost constantly. After that, it only takes 5 minutes to the train station. The apartment is within walking distance of Tivoli Friheden, forest and beach. This is a private apartment/home, so there are clothes, things and shoes in the cupboards. This is highlighted as a guest thought all private items would be removed, which they are not.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Dog friendly apartment in the Latin Quarter

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Many good places nearby. Also the water is almost as close as you can get. I will of course give you a lot of good recommendations for your needs. This is an old building, so some noise must be taken into consideration. If you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the place for you. My dog also lives here, so it is not allergy friendly, but definitely pet-friendly :)
