A nice spacious and cozy basement apartment close to Aarhus C and right next to the Botanical Garden and the Old Town. The house is from 1935, so the apartment has patina and charm and is located in a quiet residential area. There is a private entrance, kitchen with most things and bathroom with large shower. There is underfloor heating and plenty of space in the room and hallway areas, etc. Walking distance to the university and the city center and a few minutes to buses on Viborgvej and Ringgaden. If you come by car, there is free parking.

Incredibly charming and modernized 2 bedroom apartment on lovely Frederiksbjerg. Close to city, forest and water, and with parking options close by. Not far from the apartment you will find in Marselisborgsskoven, Dyreparken, Lystbådshavnnen, Tivoli, the famous Jægergårdsgade with delicious restaurants and a lot of shopping in the area. A little challenge: Can you find all the 42 animal figures that are placed around the apartment? Some crawls and some fly but don't worry they don't bite.

Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.
