In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Room with small dining area, private bathroom and toilet, kitchenette and private entrance. Free parking in front of the house. City buses within 100m and 25 min. walk to the city centre. Self check-in and checkout. The kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave, plates, cups and cutlery. The apartment is on the lower floor of our house and some noise from the family is to be expected. By agreement, we may use the washing machine in your bathroom when you are out in the city. In addition, you have the apartment to yourselves.

Velkommen hjem! Lejligheden ligger i "Isbjerget", her bor du tæt på centrum (5 min i bil/1,5 km) af den jyske hovedstad Aarhus – populært betegnet som verdens mindste storby. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. The apartment is designed with large windows, which provide natural light. It is decorated with large pictures, mirrors, plants, etc. to create a cozy atmosphere. Perfect for the couple, the family, or a group of up to 4 people (5 if one person sleeps on the sofa - write a message if this is necessary).

Enjoy your stay in this spacious and quiet 75 sqm home. It is located on the 3rd floor with a good view. However, you have to use the stairs. Balcony. Only 9 minutes by car to the city center. 3 minutes walk to Discount 365 or 4 minutes to Lidl. Good bus connections. Parking is free 24 hours a day and there is plenty of space. Space for extra bedding on the sofa, if necessary. Large kitchen with everything you need, should you want to cook your own food. Quiet bedroom and surroundings.

The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde School). Beautiful viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10-minute walk from the house.
