From your room, there is access to an open balcony with sea views as well as views of the entire northeastern part of the city. You will share the apartment with the landlord (me) and a tenant. We share the bathroom, kitchen with large dining area (wireless internet) and enclosed large balcony with 180-degree view of the botanical garden and Aarhus West. We emphasize a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. For non-smokers only.

Close to Aros, the old town, fairground freedom and the cozy streets of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is located in the same property as Cross cafe, so there is easy access to breakfast/brunch, lunch, dinner and cold drinks at the weekend. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, but there may be noise from the street in the summer. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed.

Housing description You can almost get what you want :-) Possibility of a dip in our Wilderness Bath, for a fee, enquire for possibility. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park, Rosenholm Castle, Mols mountains and Århus. 6 km to the nearest beach: Rosenholm Bådelaug. Very quiet area, with views of open countryside, still close to town. We are calm and sociable. Have stayed in many places on Airbnb, think it is cozy and will do a lot to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.

A nice modern Beach house in the wonderful Risskov, 300 m2 in 2 floors, close to the sea, with all necessary facilities, including 2 bathrooms. 12 km with good transport to the center of the great City Aarhus - European Cultural City;-) We live here in our everyday life, but rent out in vacations etc… We will be more than happy to help you with everything you need during your stay:-) Best regards Anne & Ulrik.
